Dignity Health - Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria, California seeks a clinical pharmacy leader to guide hospital-based pharmacy services and drive system-wide initiatives. You will mentor staff, educate residents, and collaborate with facility leadership to implement action plans that align with the organization’s mission.
Responsibilities include standardizing clinical systems, coaching staff, educating medical teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across care
Qualifications
- Pharmacist with Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy.
- Residency completion or 3 years of clinical experience.
- Active CA pharmacist license and board certification within 3 years if not already held.
Responsabilités
- Provide leadership and clinical pharmacy services across the system, region, and facility.
- Mentor staff pharmacists to clinical activities and scholarly work.
- Educate pharmacy residents and students affiliated with the facility.
- Provide clinical support to service lines and collaborate with facility leadership on action plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold mission and values.
- Promote planning, standardization of systems, and staff development.
