Job summary

Hendrick Health in Abilene, TX seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to optimize patient medications therapy by providing comprehensive clinical pharmacy services. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to accomplish goals and must be proficient in all nine patient care skills.

Qualifications

Must have a PharmD, BS in Pharmacy, or Master of Pharmacy.
Three years as a licensed pharmacist with enhanced clinical responsibilities.
Active Texas pharmacist license and sterile compounding certification.
ACLS or PALS certification; BCPS or related specialty certification; Texas Board of Pharmacy preceptor registration.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services.
Collaborate with the health care team to optimize patient medications therapy.
Demonstrate proficiency in all nine patient care skills, including disease knowledge, drug therapy, lab testing, and therapeutic planning.
