Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy Administration, or PharmD.
- Current Nebraska Pharmacist licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
- Hospital pharmacy experience preferred (1–3 years preferred).
Responsibilities
- Dispense and verify medications in accordance with Nebraska pharmacy regulations.
- Prepare and compound medications, including IV admixtures, chemotherapy, and TPN.
- Monitor medication therapy, dosing adjustments, and antimicrobial stewardship.
- Collaborate with providers on medication management and patient counseling.
