Encompass Health in Texas is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to ensure safe medication use and to support clinical services within our inpatient rehabilitation network. You will participate in policy development, maintain compliance, and provide expert recommendations to the interdisciplinary team.

This role emphasizes independent judgment, daily operations oversight, accurate dispensing, and ongoing professional growth within a nationally recognized post-acute care provider.

Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist in the state where the hospital is located.
• Degree from an accredited pharmacy program.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations to meet customer and patient expectations.
• Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures for regulatory compliance.
• Participate in interdisciplinary teams to drive positive patient outcomes.
• Accurately interpret, compound, and dispense medications per standards.
