The role you’ll contribute:

The Clinical Pharmacist supports the department, hospital, and health system by preventing, identifying, and resolving medication use issues to ensure patient safety, improve satisfaction, optimize outcomes, and minimize costs. Responsibilities include accurate dispensing, clinical interactions, and technician supervision in both centralized and decentralized settings.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• a) Pharmacy Operations – Performs all pharmacist functions, maintains proficiency, provides coverage, oversees medication automation and inventory, supervises technicians and interns, and organizes workflow.
• b) Pharmacy Practice – Reviews medication orders, monitors patients, verifies orders, communicates with medical staff, provides patient-centered care, promotes cost-effective therapy, manages drug dosing, and participates in medication safety practices and emergency management.
• c) Clinical Pharmacy Services – Participates in direct patient care, collaborates with healthcare teams, and prioritizes patient-centered care delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Doctor of Pharmacy degree or higher
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification; ACLS and PALS may be required depending on facility needs
