Qualifications

• Pharm.D. degree from an accredited college of pharmacy preferred.
• Active pharmacist license in good standing required.
• Minimum 3 years in clinical, PBM, or managed care settings.

Responsibilities

• Act as clinical expert on prior authorization review per criteria and plan design.
• Perform case analyses and collaborate with physicians to resolve reviews.
• Conduct peer-to-peer reviews with providers when needed.
• Communicate determinations promptly to prescribers and members.
