Qualifications

• PharmD or BS with current licensure
• Board certification by BPS or eligible to obtain within credentialing process

Responsibilities

• Admin: prior authorizations, appeals, patient assistance enrollment, billing, drug information.
• Clinical: medication management, medication reconciliation, disease state management, patient counseling, drug therapy consultation.
