Responsibilities

• Prepare IV solutions, sterile products, and chemotherapeutic agents using aseptic technique.
• Supervise and train technical staff; participate in departmental quality assurance programs.
• Maintain inventory and ensure formulary compliance; contribute to patient care discussions.
