Job summary

IEHP is seeking a Pharmacist to perform patient-specific medication reviews, develop recommendations using protocols, and support medication adherence within a managed care setting.

The role requires Doctor of Pharmacy and at least two years in managed care; position may telecommute with some in-person meetings, and schedule may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in managed care pharmacy or completion of a managed care residency.
• Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
