Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited school.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.

Responsibilities

• Fill orders for parenteral and enteral medications and monitor patient drug therapies.
• Provide drug information and supervise/direct support personnel.
• In the absence of the Pharmacy Director, staff pharmacist may assume essential Pharmacy Director duties.
