Job summary

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Experience in medication safety, drug information, ambulatory care, or specialty pharmacy practice.
• Active pharmacist license in Ohio.
• BLS certification through AHA.
• Completion of an immunization course within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, effective, evidence-based medication therapy by collaborating with healthcare teams and managing regimens.
• Support regulatory compliance and operational reliability across care settings.
