Job summary

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required.
• Licensed Pharmacist in NC or eligible to practice.
• Two years of pharmacy practice with BS degree, or residency completed.
• With a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, no experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor patient's medication therapy for safety and efficacy.
• Prepare, label and dispense medications per prescriptions and regulatory standards.
• Educate caregivers, patients and students about medications and proper use.
• Oversee medication processes, maintain records, and ensure proper procurement.
• Provide drug information and participate in rounds with multidisciplinary teams.
