Job summary

Ballad Health's Bristol Regional Medical Center seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to deliver comprehensive clinical pharmacy services across Neonate to Geriatric patients, under pharmacy leadership. Qualifications

• Pharmacist must be licensed or eligible for licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Recent experience in clinical pharmacy, dosing, nutrition support and medication usage reviews.
• Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy with 2+ years clinical experience or 5+ years in a similar setting.
• Residency or fellowship preferred; PharmD desirable but not required.
• Experience educating pharmacy staff and residents is desirable.
• Strong communication and teamwork with physicians, nurses, PAs, and other pharmacists.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services and pharmaceutical care across age groups.
• Educate and train staff pharmacists, residents, and students.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives within the department.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide dosing recommendations and nutrition support.
