Qualifications

• Graduate of ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (BS or PharmD)
• Advanced degree (PharmD/Residency/Master's) preferred
• Licensed pharmacist in state(s) practicing (required)

Responsibilities

• Participate in clinical programs to improve patient care and medication therapy
• Perform medication reviews and therapy management to ensure safety and efficacy
• Support pharmacy operations and order processing for timely medication availability
• Promote cost-containment and optimal use of pharmacy resources
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality pharmaceutical services
• Educate staff and serve as preceptor for students and residents
• Identify and report adverse drug events for prevention and improvement
