Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review medication orders for dose, duration, frequency, and indications.
• Adjust regimens based on approved protocols and interdisciplinary input.
• Coordinate distribution and ensure right patient, drug, dose, route, time, and outcomes.
• Train and supervise pharmacy technicians and students; participate in rounds.
• Discharge medication reviews and patient education per procedures.
