You will work with a Cerner-based workflow, participate in rounds, and training for students while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and departmental policies.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in work state required (PH).
• Two years healthcare pharmacy experience preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certification preferred; ASHP residency or similar preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review medication orders for dose, duration, and interactions.
• Perform medication reconciliation across care transitions.
• Provide patient education and drug information.
• Supervise technicians and pharmacy students as needed.
