Qualifications

• Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy.
• License to practice pharmacy by the State Board of Pharmacy.
• Experience using pharmacy information systems, word processing, and spreadsheets.
• 2–5 years of professional pharmacist experience.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate prescriptions for dosing, interactions, and allergies.
• Check prescriptions for accuracy and required patient information.
• Counsel patients and providers on medication use.
• Provide drug information to clinicians promptly.
• Support department goals, policies, and procedures.
• Contribute to a diverse, team-based work environment.
