Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited school is required.
• Texas Pharmacist License or eligibility, with licensure within 90 days of employment.
• ACLS certification; IV sterile certification; BLS certification preferred or required for inpatient/outpatient roles.
• Two years of progressive, relevant work experience in OP/Retail or inpatient settings (no residency).
• Pharmacist licensure and PGY1 ASHP-accredited residency strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, patient-centered care by managing medication therapy.
• Perform comprehensive clinical reviews and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and support safe medication distribution.
• Lead educational initiatives for patients and healthcare staff.
• Promote financial stewardship and drive quality improvement within the pharmacy.
