We are currently seeking a Clinical Pharmacist, Oncology, to join our Pharmacy department. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will participate in the development, implementation, and maintenance of systems that promote desirable patient outcomes through the use of safe, cost-effective medication therapies. You will promote Pharmacists as integral members of the health-care team in order to allow full utilization of their clinical and medication use control functions that would be beneficial in each health setting.

We require:

• Doctor of Pharmacy Degree
• ASHP-Accredited PGY-1 required, PGY-2 preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and English communication skills
• 2 years clinical hospital experience.
• New York State Pharmacy License.
• New York State Pharmacy Registration Certificate.
• Current certificate in BLS from the American Heart Association.
• Immunization Certification.
• Oncology Pharmacy Specialty Certification (BCOP) strongly encouraged
