• Current Oklahoma Pharmacy license.

Responsibilities

• Advises about medications, therapy, pharmacokinetics and pain management.
• Verifies orders for safe, optimal therapy, indications, dosing, interactions, and formulary compliance.
• Ensures completion and accuracy of all work including technicians within turnaround time.
• Keeps all healthcare areas stocked with properly dispensed medications and ready for use in emergencies.
• Compounds and dispenses pharmaceutical products with accurate labeling and documentation.
