The position offers full-time hours (40/week) in a standard office environment with a 7am–7pm shift and benefits package. Valid SC license is required.

Responsibilities

• Informs prescribers of potential drug therapy problems to influence prescribing.
• Engages with members and physicians as a trusted information source.
• Coordinates with care programs and serves as a clinical pharmacy resource.
• Contributes to essential clinical pharmacy management activities within the health plan.
