Qualifications

• Licensed pharmacist with IDFPR license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• CHECKS ALL MEDICATIONS LEAVING THE DEPARTMENT FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE.
• RETRIEVES AND USES INFORMATION ABOUT CHEMOTHERAPY AGENTS.
• DOSSING AND PREPARATION OF IV ADMIxture AND NARCOTIC CONTROL.
• COMMUNICATES EFFECTIVELY WITH HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS REGARDING ORDERS AND INTERACTIONS.
• DOSES MEDICATIONS BASED ON PATIENT PARAMETERS AND ENTERS ORDERS ACCURATELY.
