The Clinical Excellence Quality (CEQ) Pharmacy Market team supports Optum’s Care Delivery Organizations by providing patient-centered, clinically collaborative medication consultations. Our focus is on telephonic and digital engagement strategies to close STARs measure gaps, such as medication adherence and care for older adults. Our interdisciplinary team includes Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and Care Coordinators.
The Clinical Pharmacist (CP) reports to the Manager of Clinical Pharmacy, Market Support. Responsibilities include telephonic, patient-centered clinical consultations, annual medication reviews, functional assessments, and acting as a field consultant for providers and clinics via in-person and virtual meetings. The CP must meet productivity and quality metrics and work a flexible schedule aligned with provider operational hours. If located in MST or PST, remote work flexibility is available.
The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on experience, location, and qualifications. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, incentives, stock purchase, and 401k.
