Job summary

Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, MA is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist to provide exceptional patient care, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and lead clinical services. The role includes precepting IPPE/APPE students and PGY-1 residents within the Residency Program.

You will assess therapy plans, monitor patients, supervise technicians, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to optimize medication use.

Qualifications

• Pharm D degree with PGY-1 residency and licensure to practice in MA.
• Board certification is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-pharmacist personnel and ensure efficient workflow.
• Verify orders for dosing, interactions, and allergies; monitor lab data.
• Provide medication therapy plans and contribute to clinical services.
