RPh on the Go seeking an experienced and driven clinical pharmacist for a home infusion pharmacy opportunity in Lakeland, Tennessee.
This is an excellent position for someone who thrives in a clinical environment and is confident managing patient therapies in a home infusion setting.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sterile compounding and infusion therapy, and be capable of providing high-level clinical guidance for both staff and patients.

You will be responsible for reviewing prescriptions, collaborating with healthcare providers, verifying compounded preparations, ensuring compliance with USP 797/800 standards, and offering clinical oversight in coordination with nursing and pharmacy teams.
