Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD. degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.

Responsabilités

• Provides comprehensive patient care by dispensing prescription orders and immunizations.
• Counsels members regarding health care and prescription medication needs.
• Maintains confidential information and required documentation for controlled medications and state/federal guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulations, and supports safety and quality assurance reviews.
