Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive pharmaceutical care across acute care services.
• Prepare and distribute medications safely and effectively.
• Monitor drug therapies including pharmacokinetics and renal dosing.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and provide training.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and document clinical interventions.
