Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy degree required.
• One of the following: BPS Board Certification, Residency, Fellowship or at least 5 years of hospital experience.
• PGY-1 and PGY-2 residency completion required.

Responsabilités

• Prepares and dispenses drug orders per physician request.
• Monitors drug therapy regimens for contraindications.
• Supervises and directs pharmacy support personnel.
