ProMedica in Toledo, OH is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist II to provide comprehensive inpatient pharmacy services, including drug distribution, IV admixture, and medical therapy management. You will supervise pharmacy support personnel and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements include PharmD or Bachelor, active license in Ohio, 1 year inpatient experience, ACLS preferred, and completion of PGY1 residency.

Qualifications

• PharmD degree or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy with post-2006 experience.
• Must be a registered pharmacist, licensed in good standing in the state of the facility location or eligible for licensure.
• 1 year of inpatient pharmacy experience.
• Completion of a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Training Program (preferred).
• ACLS certification is preferred.
