Job summary

The role collaborates with physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other health care professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient‑centered care. Estimated pay is $65.25/h depending on shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; PharmD preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Pharmacist.
• Progressive pharmaceutical care experience or Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Review, prepare, dispense, document, monitor and reconcile medications.
• Counsel patients and collaborate with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide therapeutic assessments and disease-management support for assigned clinical areas.
