Job summary

Baptist Health South Florida, a Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For, is seeking a Clinical Staff Pharmacist. You will review medication orders, prepare and dispense medications, document, monitor and counsel patients, and reconcile medications in a patient-centered care setting. Estimated pay range for this position is $54.17 - $70.42 per hour, depending on experience.

A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is offered. Bachelor’s degree is required; Pharm D preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) preferred.
• Progressive pharmaceutical care experience or Pharmacy Practice Residency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmaceutical care to Baptist Health patients through medication order review, preparation, dispensing, documentation, monitoring, patient counseling and medication reconciliation.
• Collaborate with patients, physicians, nurses, pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe, effective, and fiscally responsible patient-centered care.
