Responsibilities

• Provide optimal pharmacy service to patients and health care professionals by designing, recommending, monitoring, evaluating and documenting pharmacotherapy.
• Demonstrate confidentiality and safety in daily responsibilities for patients and employees.
• Verify, prepare, and dispense medications ensuring positive outcomes and compliance with policies.
• Provide timely responses to drug information requests from clinicians and patients.
• Participate in management of medical emergencies.
• Ensure adherence to medication-use policies and guidelines.
• Supervise and direct the activities of pharmacy staff and students.
