Job summary

Mercy seeks a pharmacist to collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe, effective drug therapy for patients. The role serves as a trusted drug information resource for pharmacy, nursing, medical staff, and patients, upholding Mercy mission, values, and Service Standards.

Education must include BS or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy, and licensure in the practice state is required. Missouri-specific certifications and clinical experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: BS or PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Requires a current pharmacist license from state of practice.
• Two or more years of clinical experience and a PGY-1 residency preferred.
• Missouri Medication Therapy Service Certificate within 90 days of start date.
