Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy.
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License.
• Preferred: PGY1 or PGY2 residency and ambulatory experience.
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical drug information to physicians, nurses, patients and other healthcare professionals.
• Be a member of a multi-disciplinary team to assure safe, efficient drug therapy.
• Participate in training, orientation and education of staff.
