Job summary

UK HealthCare is seeking a highly motivated pharmacist for this hematology/oncology clinical pharmacist position. The clinical pharmacist will provide comprehensive, patient-centered pharmacotherapy primarily on inpatient hematology/oncology service lines.

Services include but are not limited to interdisciplinary team rounding, treatment regimen clinical review, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an ACPE-accredited school/college of pharmacy.
• ASHP PGY1 residency (or equivalent) preferred.
• Eligible for Kentucky licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered pharmacotherapy on inpatient hematology/oncology service lines.
• Interdisciplinary team rounding and treatment regimen review.
• Therapeutic drug monitoring and patient education.
• Precepting and teaching for students, residents, and staff.
