Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm or PharmD) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of two years experience in a hospital setting, or completion of PGY-1 residency.
• Automation experience with knowledge of reporting features, Microsoft Office, and hospital information system.
• Current Pharmacist License in the State of Nevada.
• A pharmacy residency and/or board certification is desirable.

Education:

Bachelors or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (BS Pharm or PharmD) from an accredited institution.

Experience:

Minimum of two years (2) required experience, preferably in a hospital setting, or completion of at least one (1) year in a pharmacy residency (PGY-1) required.

Technical Skills:

Automation experience with knowledge of reporting features Microsoft Office and knowledge of hospital information system.

License/Certification:

Current Pharmacist License in the State of Nevada

Other;

A pharmacy residency and/or board certification is desirable.
