Job summary

Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Active Pharmacist license for WA state.
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.

Responsibilities

• Review prescriptions for drug interactions and dosing accuracy.
• Enter/verify orders in the computer system and label/dispense medications.
• Verify medications prepared by colleagues and communicate drug information to patients and health professionals.
• Clarify unclear orders with the prescribing clinician and support therapeutic decisions.
• Maintain basic clinical services across age groups and stay current with clinical knowledge.
