Job summary

ThedaCare Pharmacy is hiring a Pharmacist for a PRN, 8-hour day shift at ThedaCare Medical Center in New London, Wisconsin. The role involves collaboration with the care team to ensure safe, appropriate medication use and to support patient-centered outcomes.

Qualified candidates will hold a B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school, possess a Wisconsin license, and maintain BLS/ACLS per policy. The position is on-site with facility-wide responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school (B.S. or Doctor of Pharmacy).
• Active Wisconsin pharmacist license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications as specified by ThedaCare.

Responsibilities

• Apply drug-therapy principles to evaluate medications for safety and appropriateness.
• Collaborate with care teams to progress patient care plans.
• Maintain expertise across clinical settings and participate in quality initiatives.
• Support education of patients and staff within the pharmacy and care teams.
