Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to resolve drug therapy questions and document resolutions.
• Review new medication orders against patient profiles for accuracy, allergies, dosing, and potential interactions.
• Maintain all required records including controlled substances.
• Provide care aligned with patient safety and age-specific needs.
