About the Role: As a Bilingual English/Spanish Clinical Pharmacist, you will conduct live telephonic outreach to UHC Medicare members to enhance health outcomes, focusing on medication adherence and appropriate drug utilization. You'll be part of a team emphasizing clinical and business collaboration, with opportunities for learning and growth.

This position offers flexibility to work remotely, with the requirement to be in the office once a month.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Perform telephonic outreach to improve health quality outcomes.
2. Optimize pharmacy therapy through engagement with providers and pharmacies.
3. Manage pharmacy projects from start to finish.
4. Respond to drug information requests.
5. Assess and interpret customer needs.
6. Identify solutions to complex requests and problems.
7. Coach, provide feedback, and guide team members.
8. Enhance member experience scores, contributing to Star Ratings and Medication Adherence.
9. Make outbound calls to detractors and members to improve adherence and reduce barriers.
10. Document and track member engagement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy.
• Unrestricted Pharmacist license in Illinois.
• At least 3 years of experience as a licensed pharmacist.
• At least 3 years of patient consultation experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Windows environments.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Pharm D degree.
• Experience in retail or mail-order pharmacy.

The salary range is $89,800 to $176,700 annually, based on full-time employment and various factors. Benefits include comprehensive packages, incentive programs, stock purchase options, and 401k contributions.
