Job summary

Qualifications
- PharmD or BS in Pharmacy with Idaho licensure.
- Residency not required; but preferred.
- Clinical pharmacist role requires English communication; additional languages a plus.
- Ability to perform dosage calculations and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, evidence‑based medication therapy.
- Participate in antimicrobial stewardship and formulary management.
- Support pharmacy and hospital policy review and quality improvement initiatives.
- Provide clinical drug information to providers, nursing staff and patients.
