Job summary

• Full, current, unrestricted license to practice pharmacy in a U.S. state/territory/DC.
• U.S. citizenship and English proficiency required by policy.
• Foreign graduates must prove FPGEC Certification (FPGEE + TOEFL iBT).

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and verify medication orders for appropriateness.
• Process and fill medication orders accurately.
• Make recommendations to clinicians regarding medication therapy to ensure safe care.
• Monitor and assess outcomes of drug therapies and interpret lab results.
