• Provide drug information and clinical pharmacotherapy consultation to staff and clinicians.
• Supervise pharmacy interns and technicians to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Participate in rounds and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions.
• Document interventions and ensure accuracy of compounded medications.

Education

Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited college
