Penn Medicine is seeking a skilled pharmacist to support inpatient and outpatient medication management within our world-class academic medical center. You will review orders, ensure accurate dispensing, and contribute to patient care through pharmacotherapy optimization.

The role requires Pennsylvania licensure, a PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited program, and preferred hospital pharmacy experience (PGY1 residency welcomed).

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
• Pharmacy degree from ACPE-accredited school.
• Hospital pharmacy experience preferred; PGY1 residency preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review physician orders and dispense medications to inpatient and outpatient areas, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and students to ensure quality of work prior to dispensing.
• Provide clinical pharmacy interventions, participate in rounds, and communicate drug information to healthcare teams.
