Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a pharmacist in an acute-care hospital setting or general residency preferred.
• Current FL Pharmacist license or license eligible.
• Eligible to sit for North American Pharmacist Licensure Exam (NAPLEX).
• Strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills; proficient with computers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with development, implementation, and maintenance of clinical pharmacy programs to meet patient needs.
• Provide clinical pharmacy support and execute programs for all patient areas.
• Review medication orders and ensure drug appropriateness, dosing, route and interactions.
