ACHC is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist- Accreditation & Education to serve as a clinical and accreditation SME. The role shapes education, accreditation standards, and industry compliance while supporting surveyors, customers, and internal teams. Expect to develop and deliver training, with travel 10–20%.

Ideal candidate combines clinical expertise, education strategy, and strong communication to advance accreditation readiness and program excellence across ACHC services.

Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist with a valid US license.
• Minimum 5 years of sterile compounding experience.
• Experience interpreting accreditation standards and regulatory requirements (USP, CMS, FDA).
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database/software systems.
• Experience developing educational content or training programs.
• Travel approx. 10–20% for business.

Responsibilities

• Train and mentor surveyors; develop onboarding calendars and training schedules.
• Design, deliver, and improve training programs for customers, surveyors, and staff.
• Support surveyor tools and assist with surveyor development resources.
• Interpret accreditation standards for customers and staff; create update guides.
• Participate in policy reviews and development of educational communications.
• Represent ACHC at conferences and industry events; develop new accreditation services.
