NKC Health in Kansas City, MO is seeking a licensed pharmacist to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care under the Pharmacy management team. You will ensure safe medication use and patient counseling while supervising pharmacy technicians to meet departmental goals.

In the absence of pharmacy management, you may assume essential responsibilities to maintain operations, enforce regulatory compliance, and support ongoing improvement of patient care workflows within a health-system setting.

Competenze

• Missouri Pharmacist license required.
• Graduate of ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy.
• Health-system experience preferred, but not required.

Summary

SUMMARY:

Under the direction of the Department of Pharmacy management team, performs the functions of a pharmacist to ensure that the patient is provided quality pharmaceutical care. Also, supervises and directs pharmacy technicians in achieving departmental goals. In absence of pharmacy management, may be required to assume essential responsibilities of pharmacy management.

EXPERIENCE:

Health-system experience preferred, but not required.

LICENSE/CERT:

Required: Pharmacist - State of Missouri

EDUCATION:

Required: Other - Graduate of an ACPE-accredited school of pharmacy program
