Job SummaryThis position is responsible for performing activities associated with administration and management of pharmacy programs including but not limited to assisting in the development, implementation and maintenance of a disease state formulary system. Utilization management programs. Specialty pharmacy management. Medication therapy management, client relationships and support; and development of innovative clinical programs.

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Registered Pharmacist in the United States.

  • Experience using window-based word processing, spreadsheet and relational database software.

  • Drug information skills.

  • Strong Verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of practice guidelines or practice parameters; Pharmacoeconomics; quality improvement processes and techniques.

  • Knowledge of medication use evaluation principles.

  • Ability to remain at a workstation and perform computer entry for long periods of time, as required.

  • Skills to handle multiple priorities and manage communications professionally to achieve issue resolution with customers, employees, or management

Preferred Job Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience within Pharmacy practice.

  • Additional certifications and residency experience.

  • Managed care and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience.

  • MTM experience, specialty pharmacy, or government programs knowledge.

This is a Telecommute (Remote) role: Must reside withing 250 miles of the office or anywhere within the posted state.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plansubject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.
