Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a Float Clinical Pharmacist to provide diverse clinical pharmacy services across multiple practice areas, primarily supporting the Institute of Health and unit-based care. The role involves ensuring evidence-based medication management and patient safety across shifts.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (Doctorate preferred), is licensed as an RPh in MO, and has strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills to support transitions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy; Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed as RPh and in Medication Therapy Services in MO.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Counsel patients and educate staff on medication use and safety.
