Job summary

Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist I to provide high-quality, individualized pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patients' medication therapy outcomes.

This night-shift, 10-hour schedule features a 7 nights on / 7 nights off rotation. Candidates must have a Washington Pharmacist License and hold a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, plus BLS on hire where applicable.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy required.
• Washington Pharmacist License upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire where applicable.
• Board of Pharmacy Preceptor license is required when eligible.

The Clinical Pharmacist I has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life.

Shift Details:

Night Shift, working 10 hour night shifts, with 7 nights on and 7 nights off.

Required Qualifications

• PharmD in Doctorate of Pharmacy Or
• Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Pharmacy
• Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License
• Upon hire: Basic Life Support (BLS) (Facility Managed) - where applicable
• Notes: (1) Board of Pharmacy Preceptor License - when eligible and where applicable

Preferred Qualifications

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience, 1 year or equivalent experience.
• Completion of ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
